Min Skoa71 [4.5 hours]

There are two finished products here for the client. Both have the same feeling but look different. I used the colours green, blue and purple because they are the clients favourite colours as well as the splash effect.

Min Skoa71 concepts [2.5 hours]

These are the backgrounds I had to create for the shoe ad. The second one is more oriented towards a sleeker look. The first one however has a more splatter effect to it and is messy but is supposed to look like that.

This one wasnt really working for me but it was my original concept but was a little too plain and didnt have the splatters.

Story

Min Skoa71 was once a small company not known by many but is now one of the most known shoe companies around. Min Skoa71 brings out the personality of a person with their groundbreaking style and uniqueness. There were never any shoes tough enough to with stand long hard days on a skateboard. These new shoes not only have the technology built in but also the style that makes it the best in its category.  From riding skateboards there is always room to ruin shoes while doing kick flips or etc., and any skater would know that. These new  “Tough 71” shoes will never have that problem because of the material and build of the shoe. As said by the great skateboarder who found Min Skoa71 Boomer Bangs, “I aint never duck taping my shoes again, damn kick flips making holes in my shoes.” These shoes are Boomer approved.

Ps. Boomer loves green, blue and purple because they are the “COOL” colours in design.

So what we have to do is make a mind map for an imaginary company called Min Skoa71. This mind map will help to give more ideas and a broader thought of what this imaginary company can become.
